EMISSIONS COMPLIANCE NOTICE – RACING USE ONLY

These products are intended solely for use on vehicles that are purpose-built or exclusively used for competition and are not operated on public highways. While we believe some products may meet the requirements for exemption or compliance under applicable CARB and/or EPA regulations, the necessary emissions testing and certification procedures have not been completed.

As such, these products may not be sold or shipped for installation on emissions-controlled vehicles that are registered for use on public roads in the state of California. Use outside of dedicated racing applications may violate state or federal emissions laws. International customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local emissions regulations.
