Refund policy

Returns are accepted only with a valid RMA, and must be in new condition.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and no shipping charges will be refunded under any circumstances.

For an RMA, you must email sales@tialsport.com and include a copy of your original purchase invoice.
